Who We Are

Women in AI in Algeria is expanding, and we're recruiting an Ambassador who is ready to strategically lead and grow the Algerian chapter across the country.

About the Role

If you're a leader in AI / Data / ML / Robotics / Tech innovation and you want to shape the ecosystem for the next generation, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

As an Ambassador, you will:

Strategically lead the chapter with a clear vision, goals, and impact plan
Establish the chapter (structure, community presence, operating rhythm)
Recruit and lead volunteers who support programs, events, partnerships, research, programmes and communications
Grow the chapter across Algeria: in cities, universities, private and public institutions, and beyond
Build partnerships with academia, startups, companies, labs, NGOs, and government stakeholders
Serve as a beacon for women in Algeria (and potentially across countries), spotlighting talent, creating safe spaces, and opening doors

What We're Looking For

Women with a strong interest or background in AI/tech (PHD, Current or past Leadership roles)
Community builders, organizers, mentors, speakers, connectors
People who can lead with consistency, integrity, and energy
A commitment to inclusive, ethical, opportunity-driven AI
